Returns Policy

We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase. We at shanerboutique provide all the information for an item in the product description. We also have an instagram (shanerboutique) /whtsapp/ facebook/ twiter account which is 24/7 operated by an expert to answer all your questions regarding an Item. It is then up to the customer to decide what size and what product they want to buy. YOU BUY WHAT YOU SEE! We do not provide an exchange or refund if you do not like the products you purchase. 

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS DUE FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT TAKE AN ITEM BACK ONCE ITS BEEN WORN. AS PEOPLE TRY ON THE GOODS THEY RECIEVE IN DOING SO THEY SOMETIMES RIP THE HEM OF THE ITEM RESULTING IN TEAR IN CLOTHES. OR LEAVING BODY ODOUR. YOU BUY WHAT YOU SEE.

How do I return faulty or incorrect goods?

OUR ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED BEFORE THEY ARE DISPATCHED. However if goods received that are not as ordered or are faulty, please email us stating the order number and nature of the problem. Our customer services team will reply within 24 hours with return procedures. Please note that we must be notified of damaged/faulty goods within 24hrs.  We cannot be held liable for any claims of damaged items after this period.

How do I exchange goods?

WE DO NOT EXCHANGE HOWEVER FAULTY ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR A REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT NOTE. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US VIA EMAIL/ INSTAGRAM/ TEXT. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

In some instances, we are sadly unable to offer exchanges. These include sale, personalised and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our returns policy:
    • Made to measure, altered, or personalised products
    • Made to order products
    • If you do not like the product
    • Change of decision of product when recieved
    • E-vouchers and gift cards
    • All personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged
    • Sale products 
    • Selected wrong size

REFUNDS

Refunds are only processed for orders that are cancelled within 24 hours but it will come with cancellation fee of £2 due to charge made through our payment gateway which cannot be redeemed back. Refunds are only processed for products that are damaged or faulty. Refunds will not be processed for the following reasons;
    • Damaged Due to Fitting
    • Colour Variation
    • Cut Variation
    • Pattern Variation
    • Accessorie(s) Displacement (This will not be classified as a fault, as majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in nature)
    • Missing Accessorie(s) (i.e. beads, pearls, stones or any bits) 
    • Damage caused by washing, using another method than advised or claims for variation and or beading/sequences displacement.
    • Undone stitching is not considered as defect 

PROMOTIONS

Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you can only exchange a product for the amount paid.
If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items. 
 

Terms and Conditions for Returns:

If you make a valid claim under the point above, we shall inspect the goods upon return and  replace (if proven faulty by our inspection team) the ordered goods in question free of charge OR refund in full, the payment made in respect of such goods (Upon your discretion).

Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to us and inspected accordingly.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wilful damage, wear and tear due to negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without approval.
